HighPoint Development CEO James Landers from Tampa awards 3405 Swann construction contract to JMS Contracting
James Landers of Tampa, President and CEO of High Point Development recently announced that JMS Contracting was awarded the construction management contract for 3405 Swann Lofts HighPoint’s latest multi-family project in the Tampa Bay region. The 9 unit 24,000 square foot project will feature modern architecture and be priced in the $350-$500,000 range.
